# Ordering an authorisation code for .LV domain

The basis for transferring a domain from one service provider to another is the authorisation code. If the domain is registered with us, the contact person must send us an email to <info@zone.lv> to obtain the authorisation code.

We will then send the contact person the necessary authorisation code. After the domain is transferred, the authorisation code will become invalid.

**NB!** The authorisation code for a .LV domain cannot be ordered in My Zone through domain management.
