# Croatia .HR domain registration

### Important change from October 1, 2025

As of **October 1, 2025**, submission of documents is **mandatory** for all of the following actions:

- Registration of a new .HR domain
- Renewal of a .HR domain
- Transfer of a .HR domain to another registrar
- Change of ownership of a .HR domainRegistrar validation is a **one-time process.** If the registrant has already been validated previously (for example, during registration), there is no need to submit documents again when renewing the domain.

### Required Documents

If the registrant is an **individual**, one of the following valid documents is required:

- National ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s license

---

If the registrant is an **organization**, it is necessary to fill out and print out the [application](https://www.zone.lv/static/sites/5/Statement-for-Domain-Registration-or-Renewal-legal-entity-1.pdf) according to the requirements, which is:

- signed by the company representative
- stamped with the company stamp

The document must contain the following information:

- official company name
- OIB / VAT number
- company address
